Our Team
Ean Parson is a technical recruiter at ESR. He also assists in managing the office and maintaining the company's online presence. Ean graduated from IUPUI in 2021 with a Bachelor's of General Studies in Life and Physical Science as well as a Minor in Geology. Along with having acquired the 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Certification, Ean has also acquired the Career Essentials in Systems Administration Certification and the Career Essentials in Generative AI Certification, both from Microsoft and LinkedIn.
Chris Kinsey is the founder of ESR, as well as the President and hiring manager. He graduated with a Bachelor's of Science from Purdue in 1992. Along with having acquired the 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Certification, Chris is also a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager and Certified Instructional Trainer. Chris has over 30 years experience in the environmental field.
