Job Description:

We are looking for Environmental Forklift Operators for an environmental consulting and waste management company on the Southwest side of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Your Pay: $17-$19 per hour, depending on experience. Continued growth depends on you.

Your Main Tasks:

• Forklift operation

• Waste handling (hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals)

• Recover/transport/dispose of industrial waste (chemicals, oils, greases)

• Material handling

• Record keeping

 

Requirements:

• Forklift experience/certification

• Machine operating experience

• Pre-employment drug screen and physical

• Selected candidates will be required to complete paid OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver’s license (Preferred)

 

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

 

Schedule:

• 8-Hour Shifts

• Monday-Friday

• Day shift

• Keep it a drug-free workplace

• Be punctual and reliable

• Work well with others

• Stand and walk throughout the workday

• Lift/carry up to 60 lbs.

• Commute to the job site
