Job Description:

We are looking for Construction Material Technicians for an engineering & environmental consulting company on the Northwest side of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Your Pay: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Continued growth depends on you.

Your Main Tasks:

• Travel to various construction sites throughout Indiana

• Test construction materials including concrete and asphalt to ensure material is to code/specifications

• Transport samples to the lab

• Material handling

• Record keeping

 

Requirements:

• Pre-employment drug screen and physical

• Selected candidates will be required to complete paid OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver’s license (Preferred)

• Willing to travel (mostly local/some out of town)

 

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

 

Schedule:

• 8-Hour Shifts

• Monday-Friday

• Day shift

 

You Need to Be Able to:

• Keep it a drug-free workplace

• Be punctual and reliable

• Work well with others

• Stand and walk throughout the workday

• Lift/carry up to 60 lbs.

• Commute to the job site
